A digital workforce platform, starting with software development
We are building a platform for managing a digital workforce. We enter through software development, where the pain and the budgets already exist, and expand into other verticals through a data graph.
The digital workforce management market is taking shape right now
Globally
Workday Agent System of Record has been on sale since February 2026; Microsoft Agent 365 since May 2026 at $15 per user per month; ServiceNow sells agentic workforce management. Adjacent budgets are already large: UiPath ARR of $1.85 bn, Salesforce Agentforce above $1 bn, GitHub Copilot at 20 million users.
In Russia
1.7 million ICT workers; 71% of large companies use generative AI in at least one function. The general-purpose agent builder niche is taken: Yandex AI Studio, Cloud.ru, MWS. The open window is closed perimeters, integrations with Russian systems and depth in the development process.
Serviceable market for the platform in software development: about RUB 5.75 bn a year. This is the research estimate: 600 software vendors, 300 companies with in-house development, 150 integrators. Source: digital workforce platform market research, July 2026, 39 products and 251 sources.
A narrow vertical today; a horizontal platform in the architecture and on the roadmap
Software development
Roles in teams: developer, reviewer, tester, analyst. Entry through a pilot.
The whole company
Enterprise layer above teams, legacy modernisation, migrations off Oracle. Integrators as a sales channel.
Data graph
Second vertical: roles and control on top of a data graph, for data migrations and transformation offices.
Common platform layer: the graph (code first, then data and processes), memory and rules learned from mistakes, roles and model routing, control and audit, installation inside the customer perimeter. The second vertical builds on the team's background in database kernel work and data migrations at Postgres Professional.
Not a prototype: the platform develops itself every day
in daily production use
tasks opened and closed in October
models on 3 engines
anchor customers for 2027, 5 more companies in the pipeline
Anchor customers: an industrial holding (pilot and 100 seats for 2027 under negotiation) and a pharmacy chain (paid pilot running). Business model: a per-team licence, RUB 100k per month for a team of up to 10 seats, pilot RUB 200k, installation RUB 100k.
